Meet Dr. Nicole “Dr. Nikki” Pruitt
Dr. Nicole “Dr. Nikki” Pruitt is a board-certified pediatric dentist who brings both experience and compassion to every patient interaction. Her background in dentistry, combined with her dedication to continuing education, allows her to provide thoughtful, up-to-date care tailored to each child.
Her journey in dentistry includes:
- Earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
- Completing a General Practice Residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego
- Serving as a dentist in the U.S. Navy, including time overseas
- Completing specialized pediatric dental training at UT Health Science Center San Antonio
This diverse experience allows her to approach pediatric dental care with both clinical expertise and a well-rounded perspective.
A Passion for Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Nikki is passionate about helping children feel at ease in the dental chair. She understands that early experiences can shape how children view dental care for years to come, which is why she focuses on creating a calm and encouraging environment.
Her care philosophy includes:

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her community. She has been married for over 26 years and is a proud mother of three daughters.

She is also actively involved in her church and participates in international mission work, reflecting her commitment to serving others both locally and globally.
